Who doesn't like sleeping under the stars? The brisk summer's breeze blowing against the side of your tent, you sat there with a cup of cocoa whilst wondering what the next day will bring........

OK so the reality may not be quite as poetic but let's be honest you've not really experienced a festival properly until you've camped have you. Surrounded by tens of thousands of your new best friends in a field at the UK's premier electronic music festival, what more could you ask for?



With many of you getting together to create an atmosphere all of your own, the campsite has become an entity in it's own right and there is never a dull moment as you constantly meet new people, gather round for a few drinks, share tips for which acts to see or just generally share stories from over the weekend.

The campsite itself plays home to an array of essential areas to ensure your weekend is as comfortable as possible. First of all, toilets of course, these are handily situated throughout the site so you don't get caught short when nature calls. The bar also boasts a great 'pub garden' seating area which is ideal for meeting up with friends or even meeting some new ones. There are a wide selection of drinks on offer so you can rest safe in the knowledge that whatever your tipple, it will be there.

The camping store is also available for all weekend ticket holders, just in case you have forgotten your tent pegs, or worse, your tent. There is everything you will need in here, and probably lots of things you won't!

GlobalGathering 2012 will feature more camping options than ever before:
· General Admission Camping: turn up with you camping kit, find a great space to camp and make the area your own,
· VIP Camping: as well as experiencing the delights of the VIP Woods and Fields you get a better campsite with more space, luxury toilets and showers.
· Pre-pitched tents by Tangerine Fields: turn up and find your tent already pitched on the perfect camping spot (available for General Admission and VIP Weekend Ticket holders)
· Cloud9: the ultimate festival accommodation experiences: your choice of luxury Bell Tents, Tipis, Yurts, PodPads, Suitehuts or Pop Up Hotels (available for VIP Weekend Ticket holders only).
