Deposit Ticket Scheme Terms & Conditions
Weekend only General Admission and Weekend only VIP Admission Tickets for GlobalGathering 2010 can be bought using a Deposit Ticket Scheme (DTS) that allows tickets to be paid for over 2 payments: the first payment being 'the deposit' and the second payment being 'the balance due'.
Scheme 1: Monday 27th July 2009 - Friday 31st March 2010
The original DTS scheme has now closed but was available to any customer buying a ticket between Monday 27th July 2009 and 5pm on 31st March 2010. The deposit must be made within these times. The deposit that must be made is £50.00 plus the full booking fee for a ticket, which is £11.50. The total deposit is therefore £61.50. This is for a Weekend General Admission Ticket or a Weekend VIP Admission Ticket.
The balance due for either ticket type must be paid before 5pm on 14th May 2010. You can call Ticketmaster on telephone number 08444 999 999 at any time up to 5pm on 14th May 2010 to pay the balance due. If you do not call Ticketmaster then the balance due will be automatically taken from the credit or debit card information provided by you when you paid the deposit. This payment will be taken on or around (before) 14th May 2010. If your card is declined you will be contacted for an alternative card, if we are not provided with an alternative card by 5pm on 1st March 2010 your ticket will be voided but you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
The transaction will be completed only once you have paid the balance due. It is recommended that you ensure that funds are available on your debit or credit card to ensure that the processing of the balance due can be made smoothly on or around 14th May 2010. The balance due for a General Admission Ticket will be £65.00 and in addition the per transaction cost of delivery of the ticket will be added and paid for at this time. The balance due for a VIP Admission Ticket will be £125.00 and in addition the per transaction cost of delivery of the ticket will be added and paid for at this time.
If a deposit has been made for a General Admission Ticket you may be able to upgrade to a VIP Admission Ticket when paying the balance due. This is Subject to Availability. This will require a payment of £125.00 plus delivery cost at the time the balance due is paid. You will need to contact Ticketmaster before 14th May 2010 to inform us that you wish to upgrade. Failing that you will only be charged for the General Admission Deposit Ticket you originally purchased. If the deposit paid has been made for a VIP Admission Ticket you will not be able to change this ticket to a General Admission Ticket.
The DTS requires that a full commitment is made to purchase a ticket and pay the full ticket price plus booking fee and delivery cost when the deposit is made. The deposit is non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money whatsoever.
