Conditions of Entry


1. Right of admission to GlobalGathering (the “Event”) is reserved.

2. You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry to the Event.

3. Ticket holders are asked to carefully check their ticket prior to the Event. Mistakes may not be rectified on the day.

4. The Promoters are not liable for any tickets that are lost or stolen. The Ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the safe keeping of their ticket.

5. Tickets are barcoded and each barcode is unique and only allows one entry to the Event.

6. Removing the ticket stub invalidates the ticket.

7. Searching is a condition of entry to the Event. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband goods will be refused admission or ejected from the Event site and may also be liable for prosecution. Any items found that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated.

8. The organisers reserve the right to change the line up, playing times or any other aspect of the Event without prior notification.

9. Tickets are non-refundable, save under term 11 only, and non-transferable under any circumstances. Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain or use for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the express permission of the Promoter of the Event will void the ticket.

10. Tickets bought from unauthorised agents are not valid and admission to the Event with tickets purchased in this way will not be permitted.

11. In the event of cancellation of the Event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

12. Customers may be ejected from the Event if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter the ticket holder is a risk to the safety of any patron, is affecting the enjoyment of other patrons, and/or is affecting the running of the Event.

13. The Event site is a glass free zone. Any glass bottles will be confiscated on arrival.

14. Water in sealed containers up to a max 2 litres per person will be permitted into the campsite (not the event site). No further food and drink (whether alcoholic or not) can be brought on to the Event site (including the Event Campsite). There are a large number of stalls that sell food and drink at the Event.

15. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities on the Event site will be searched and may be ejected from the Event site.

16. No animals (with the exception of Guide dogs) will be allowed on the Event site.

17. No fireworks, laser pens or laser equipment will be allowed on the Event site.

18. WARNING: Please note that prolonged exposure to amplified sound may cause permanent hearing damage.

19. Last admission to the Event site will be midnight on each day.

20. The Event will not allow admission to people under 18 years of age. You may be required to provide ID that proves your age and entry may be refused without this.

21. The organisers of the Event may record the Event via video, photograph or any other recordable media. Your purchase of a ticket and your attendance at the Event shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the filming (whether video or photographic) and audio recording and your approval and permission for the Organisers to make full use (including commercial use) of the recordings and the footage taken without any recourse to.

22. Customers are requested to address any special needs requirements by emailing contact@angelmusicgroup.com 14 days prior to the festival date.

23. No BBQ's, fires or gas fires are allowed in the campsite. No camping is allowed in the fire lanes. No gazebos are allowed.

24. In accordance with Smoke Free Regulations, the tented arenas and other areas of the festival are designated No Smoking areas. Failure to comply with these regulations and event signage may result in ejection.

25. Please consider our neighbours and leave the Event site quietly.
