Special Needs

Disabled Logo

GlobalGathering welcomes people with special needs. Every year we try to provide the best and most appropriate facilities possible.

Please call 01789 730558 to register for information. If you require a carer, they can accompany you to the event free of charge.

You will need to purchase a ticket at full price by calling Ticketmaster on 0844 847 1551. A copy of this, along with your certificate of disability will need to be sent to the address given to you when you register your information.

Please note that as the event is held in a rural setting manoeuvring a wheelchair can be difficult in some areas of the site, particularly if there are adverse weather conditions.  We do our best to provide facilities to assist with this.

There are welfare points within the festival and the campsite and staff will be on hand to assist with any queries you have. The campsite welfare point will be open 24hrs during the festival.

Special accommodation requests for the disabled camping area (i.e. not tents) will be considered in advance.

Disabled Parking:
Disabled parking is provided free of charge. Cars are asked to display the relevant official disability badge where appropriate.

Disabled Viewing Platform:
There will be a disabled viewing platform in the main stage arena.  It is our policy that you can access the platform with one carer only.

Disabled Toilets:
There are toilets for disabled persons throughout the festival site at toilet blocks and welfare points.

Recharging Electric Wheelchairs:
Facilities are provided at the welfare points to recharge electric wheelchairs. Please ask the stewards or one of the staff for assistance.

If you have any queries or special needs requirements which are not covered by this information, please contact contact@globalgathering.co.uk
