Camping09
For those who are planning to join in the whole weekend’s festivities there are full camping facilities available. This year's campsite will once again be increasing in size due to the
massive demand in weekend tickets last year. The weekend long
experience has grown in popularity each and every year since its
introduction. This summer will feature the biggest campsite to date.
Campers' will be treated to a plethora of amenities including their
very own washing facilities, cafes, food stalls, chill
out areas and of course a bar to keep that thirst quenched over the
course of the weekend. A 24-hour first aid post will be available and
also ATM's to give fast access to cash as and when it is needed.
Stores in the 'Camping Village' will be open 24 hours a day and will include a camping equipment shop and a village shop selling toiletries, snacks and general supplies. There will also be stalls selling warm clothing and blankets (just in case you get cold or forget anything!). These stalls will be monitored across the weekend to ensure prices
are kept to a minimum.
Cafes and bars will also be situated throughout the campsite for weekend revellers to relax and enjoy hot and cold drinks and snacks. At least one of the bars in the campsite will come with its own beer garden.
To aid queuing times the campsite will once again be open early to all
campers. This year the campsite will be open from midday on Friday 24th
July and close on the evening of Sunday 26th July. The VIP ticket holders will be permitted to enter an hour earlier with
their separate camping area opening at 11.00am.
